Subjects: 6 patients with sleep quantity and/or quality issues
Study protocol: 40 minute EE G on day 1; between day 9 – 12 and after day 20
EEG studies ran during normal clinic hours. Subject self-administered audio sleep therapy nightly, at bedtime, for a minimum of 30 days.
Outcomes: All 6 subjects reported positive results. 5 reported improved sleep while the 6th subject reported feeling more relaxed. The graphs below show how the audio therapy lowered the brainwaves down into the theta and even delta levels. The places where the burgundy lines are in close proximity or exceeds the green and yellow lines the subject is in a restful or restorative state.
