Passage is a 50 min. meditation in the “key of the heart” with many movements through space and time. Passage dives into a deep delta wave at about 10 minutes and holds for the duration of the piece. Since the key does not change, it becomes very powerful in allowing a long “no thinking” experience, allowing the brain’s hemispheres to synchronize in a spacious realm of new creative thought.

I was so pleasantly surprised that it was really easy to use. It’s basically you put in, you play it, and you have immediate gratification and stress relief.

I am someone who has trouble controlling my focus. my mind is always racing no matter what the circumstance. I decided I'd try something to calm me down and Passage really works for me.. its something at first was not effective, but after about 10 minutes in, I slowly forgot about thinking and drifted away in to a calm world where my mind slowly began to relax for once!
