What it does:

How it works:

Labyrinth is a 50 minute meditation that is broken into 6 parts.

The composition begins with toning of human voices in the “key of the Earths day”.  This is the tone and harmonics of the most grounding natural frequency of our planet.  Connecting with this vibration is extremely calming. Try to make the sound yourself, matching one of the voices.

Parts 2 through 5 move through the labyrinth of the energy centers of the body from heart to crown and back to the base, while holding the delta brainwave steady. 

Part 6 finalizes in the safest grounding place, where the heart is in joy and happiness.
