Shipping Policy:

Most orders ship within 48 hours of when the order was received. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. All orders will ship within 7 business days or the customer will be notified.

Refusal of Delivery:

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred. Once we have received the original package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card, for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.

This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to have been damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:

Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subjected to additional shipping charges. This is the cost we incur from UPS when a shipping address is entered incorrectly. Orders that shipped to the incorrect address and delivery is subsequently refused are also subject to actual shipping charges. 

Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subjected to actual shipping charges.

Money Back Guarantee:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the results you are getting after using any of our programs, you can receive a full refund of the purchase price, with no questions asked, by returning the product within 30 days of your order date.  Your order date is printed on your receipt. This money back guarantee applies to any CD or download of a Prescription Audio product from our website.

Return Policy Conditions:

  1. All materials must be returned undamaged in order to receive a refund.
  2. You must provide proof of purchase – a copy of your original sales receipt send via email, credit card statement or canceled check.  If you have lost your receipt, please email us your concern at orders@prescriptionaudio.com.
  3. We will credit your credit card for the cost of the product within one week of the date we receive your package. NOTE: Due to credit card regulations, we can only issue refunds to your credit card account up to 120 days after purchase. If your order was processed more than 120 days previously, you will be sent a check for the refund amount. Also, credit cards that have expired or changed cannot be refunded. A check will be issued in this case.
  4. If you originally paid by check, money order, or cash, you will be sent a check for the cost of the item within one week of the date we receive your package.
  5. Prescription Audio is not responsible for return packages not received. In order to prevent lost packages, we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery service with insurance and/or tracking and delivery confirmation.
  6. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Prescription Audio does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns.
